    Hey Sai,

    Your best option would be to use Multi-brand as this will enable you to have multiple instances in one Zendesk Support account, those multiple new instances will created as Brands.
    With the correct plan, each brand can have a help center of their own.

    Hi NeIl,

    But here I have only single brand both the countries, how I can differentiate the both and here end users reaches through email, chat or SDK so for India we need one SDK?

    1) Is same SDK acts two Instances?

    2) Or we need to add one more SDK for new Instance

    Regarding your follow up :

    1) Is same SDK acts two Instances?
    - as mentioned here No, Support SDK can only be initialized under one brand at a time.

    2) Or we need to add one more SDK for new Instance
    - The Support SDK allows for the use of a specific brand depending on how you initialize the SDK.
