Unassigned tickets not showing up

    Hi Nicole,

    Can you send a screenshot of how this View is built? The first thing I would check is in the Conditions section, you have Assignee > Is > - in the Tickets must meet all of these conditions to appear in the view area. Personally, I also added Status > Less than > Solved as that helped clear up some older content for me. 

    Let me know how yours is built and we can go from there!
