    Hi Marc,

    It looks like your issues could be in relation to a wider issue with Microsoft and email forwarding. Zendesk recently became aware of some customers experiencing issues with inbound mail due to Microsoft disabling automatic forwarding to external addresses in Office 365. This was caused by a recent change on Microsoft’s side and cannot be resolved by Zendesk. If your Zendesk Support account is using mail forwarding from Microsoft email addresses, your Zendesk Support addresses could be disabled as a result.
