I want to know when it was the last time an end user contacted us via ZendeskAnswered
As the title says, I would like to know when it was the last time an end-user contacted us through Zendesk.
Do you know how I am able to achieve this?
For a single user at a time, you can just search for the user, open their page and view their recent tickets.
Thank you @..., I want to see them from all the end users in on go.
Like Andrew said there is a way to view a specific end-users's past tickets by viewing the Customer Context in a ticket which provides an interaction history with a list of recent tickets submitted by the requester. Unfortunately there isn't a native way to view when the last time all your end-users contacted you.
