I am using Zendesk Support. I am looking for a solution to replace Zendesk Connect. I need to be able to create a ticket when a user is sending a message and to answer with personal text message. We are also using Twilio. Do you have any recommendation (apart the solutions mentioned in this article: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056379854) regarding a solution that will work to manage the messaging part, that is integrated with Twilio and working in France?
