Try to use Excel in a side conversation

    From what I understand, you would like to be able to use images, tables, etc... within the Side Conversation to be able to communicate between your departmentsright?

    If that is the case, be reassured, in Side Conversation, the Email / Ticket channels use a WYSIWIG Rich text editor, which means the composer includes a full array of formatting options because email supports full HTML display.
