What is the Conference Calling EAP?
The Early Access Program (EAP) for Conference Calling in Zendesk Sell includes new features that help you to:
1. Bring extra person on the Sell Voice call, both from inside of your organisation, as well as outside of it
2. Handle Warm Transfer case by allowing to put your customers on hold and leave the call early while not ending it
3. See the logs and recordings of such calls differentiated on the activity log
To be part of this Early Access Program, you need to have:
- An Enterprise or Elite plan with Zendesk Sell
