Hi, 

I'm developing an app that will allow owners to access some analytics on tickets. So far my understanding is I need a Global OAuth Client (source). Before requesting for Global OAuth client I need to set up a local OAuth client. I've already set up a local OAuth client. But I've not found a way to get authorized code that will send my app to my external API. How would I do this? Also as the agent is already in the app so does it required the redirect flow? Is there any tutorial on this? My app will be used for multiple zendesk instances.

I've tried this one also but this does not return a full access token. Am I missing something?
