Custom Sales Year within Sell
I'd like to be able to set the sales year to our sales year (Feb - Jan) and not just the default calendar year of Jan - Dec. I see we can do this in reporting, but being able to do it within the sales goals area would be great as well.

We really need this feature, as none of our businesses have calendar fiscal years, which makes the current reporting in Sell irrelevant to us.

It would be great to have a custom fiscal year, and consequently, quarters working according to the FY.
