Digest option for Gather

I have had numerous users ask for the ability to follow Gather Community posts with a daily or weekly digest rather than receiving email notifications for every post and comment.   The current functionality of an email for each post or nothing is leading users to un-follow our community forums and discouraging others from following.  Clearly this is counter-productive as we're looking to build our community.  Please add functionality to give users the option to receive notifications for every post or for a daily or weekly digest.
