Multiple organizations with SSO to the same Enterprise account
AnsweredWe have 2 distinct organizations of licensed agents accessing the same one Enterprise account. One organization uses Microsoft Active Directory and the other uses Google G-Suite/Workspace.
For security purposes, we want users from both organizations to be authenticated using single sign-on by their own identity management system.
Is this possible? Is there an article?

Hello,
Single Sign on will allow you to connect one URL as a login url for your Agent user type, meaning all users will need to authenticate through the same IdP, unfortunately.
If you utilize JWT rather than SAML there is a workaround available for multibrand that uses custom code. It is not supported but will be the only option for this hopeful end goal:
