Count tickets with attachments
Hi,
I am trying to create an explore report to find out how many tickets we have submitted per week that have attachments.
I need the data to scope the size of a problem with a new encryption tool that we are using
Any help would be fantastic.

There's currently no native way to report on tickets with attachments in Explore.
You could certainly post a feature request to our Product Feedback forum! Our Product Team reviews this forum regularly and it has inspired many of the enhancements we've made to Zendesk over the years. :)

As a workaround, you could tag the tickets with attachments by adding this tag to macros where you have attachments. Then you can build any reports in Exploe. -
I'm wondering if this has been done yet? I'm looking for the same type of report.
