Support Dynamic Content variants from Fields, Macros and Triggers

Adding the ability to view, add and edit Dynamic Content from the applicant areas would make Dynamic Content easier to manage, and allow us to manage content without accessing the Dynamic Content homepage (agent/admin/dynamic_content). 

At the moment, we have hundreds of Dynamic Content listings, which are used for ticket fields. This increases as we continue to grow, and the Dynamic Content homepage is increasingly difficult to manage.

If we wanted to use Dynamic Content for every area of our instance, we'd be closer to 500 listings.

Adding the ability to add, edit and view Dynamic Content in each area that it's used would make managing this easier.

This could be done by adding a "add Dynamic Content" to each area.

On my ticket field setup, I do not see the "Add Dynamic Content Variant", is this activated through a setting in Zendesk Support?
