A number of our retailers use Bazaarvoice Connections for their customer's questions and reviews whereby a question/review posted by a customer appears in the Bazaarvoice portal and this can then be responded to by either the retailer or the manufacturer. As the manufacturer we want to get to the question before the retailer to ensure the customer gets an accurate response. At the moment, the Bazaarvoice questions come into Zendesk as an email and we then have to log into the Bazaarvoice portal to respond to the question. It would be great to have an integration so that we can respond from within Zendesk.
The gominga Review Manager app available in our Apps Marketplace provides a way to integrate with Bazaarvoice and other review sites. Note that although the integration app is free, you'll need to contact gominga directly for their pricing.

The one that @... suggested is another app which adds on another extra cost to everything else .. and their prices aren't publicly listed which concerns me..
