Integrated tasks list

An integrated tasks list seems like another basic feature missing from Zendesk.

Ok so the Sweethawk app works ok but there is no support for it within the app, which is where most of my engineers find themselves needing a tasks list.

 

Come on Zendesk start listening to these basic feature requests....

@... Did you hear from Jon?  I am also looking into the possibilities of a "task" feature for deployment. Is this something that Zendesk is looking into?  Please advise.

Corretto Jon, anche a me manca molto la possibilità di filtrare i task con smart list per verificare e riprogrammare nel futuro i task scaduti recentemente.

Avanti Zendesk, i meccanismi sono già pronti, un piccolo sforzo, please!!

We have now left Zendesk, the support product has stood still far longer than we were prepared to...

I am also in need of this! I checked out Sweet Hawk as well, but instead I am trying to do a bunch of configuring with side conversation tickets, but triggers don't recognize the different options (email, ticket) and we do not use slack.

We want to have an option where we can link my custom ticket types to a reminder/deadline and have triggers/automations fired according to my specification- maybe 1 hr or days before the lapse of a TAT that I had given a customer on a ticket.

PS:I have just started a trial on sweethawk. Set up is tedious for me and it would be good if Zendesk have this.

This would be great for us; we have several actions required per form. Some are day to day tasks, but others can be sporadic and a task to do list would be beneficial as a reminder of what's left to action. Sweet hawk has been tested before for notify app, but set-up was dreadful so don't really want to have to add in tasks app as no support offered and you pay extra for the privilege!

I believe it would be highly beneficial to introduce a task management feature or section within Zendesk. For instance, some teams handle tasks alongside their support conversations, and instead of relying on third-party tools like Asana for this, we could seamlessly use Zendesk's own task management capabilities.

I believe it would be more advantageous for all users of your platform to have a comprehensive suite of tools under one roof.
