My tickets gest tagged with "newsletter" but I cannot find out from where

    Hi Peter,

    The tag could come from a user or organization, or be provided by an app integration perhaps.

    Have you tried to look in the ticket event log for one of your impacted tickets?
    That should give you something to go on. 

    Alternatively, you could look in Rule analysis and look for the tag:

    https://YOUR-DOMAIN.zendesk.com/agent/admin/rule_analysis?key=newsletter
