Error when accessing a form
Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced this error before- "Access to this page temporarily restricted"? For context, we use a brand for an internal form to submit tickets. A few agents are seeing this and I can't figure out why. Zendesk support says they cannot assist because we use a custom theme.

Are you using some custom code for your new request template? It may be because of some custom code that is creating this issue.

If few agents are seeing the restriction, not all agents then may be there are applied any kind of restrictions/disability for ticket form or agents group in the support or applied any trigger.
