    Hi Dave, 

    Within the product, you can who's logged in to chat and their availability by going to Chat > Team > View all. Does this help?

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'm looking for a way to do this programmatically. I have a chat button on my website that I would like to flip on and off if there are no chat agents available or if the current time is outside the chat operating hours.

    It sounds like the Real Time Chat API might be what you're looking for - specifically, agent metrics.

    Sorry for the late reply, I just received the email notification. 

    I looked into the Real Time Chat API and it looks like its only available for the Enterprise plan. I have scoured the documentation and I wasn't able to find anything available for any of the other subscription tiers. 

    As far as I'm concerned its a a huge miss for the zendesk API. Its a basic feature that should be standardized across all chat subscription plans. The more I use the zendesk ecosystem the less I like it due to all the pay walls.
