IVR Welcome Message repeat option

Currently, if no option is selected the welcome message is replayed 3 times until finally going to the default.  Ideally, this repeat number would be configurable, allowing to only play a single time before routing. 

A typical use case is simply providing support for "... for all other inquiries please remain on the line and one of our representatives will assist you". 

This isn't possible at the moment, as it would repeat this whole message 3 times, which would be odd.
