Is there any update or timeline for this feature request?

I would like to remove the sign-up option on the sign-in page (highlighted in the screenshot. We are using this help center for internal use only. We do not want anyone to have the ability to sign up. We will add all the end-users and provide them with a password or an option to change their password. Is this possible?  I tried to use CSS sheet in my theme, but realize that the CSS theme sheet is not attached to the sign-in page.  If you are going to suggest the SSO route, can the SSO route be tied to each brand? We have about 6 other brands that we manage on the same Zendesk account. We want our other 6 brand help centers to be available to anyone. We hide our submitting options on our help centers for those brands.

We would also like to have a landing page for our Help Center users to login to similar to the Zendesk login page (https://www.zendesk.com/login/#login) rather than the default blank page with a login dialog that lacks any branding. Please let me know when this will be available.

This applies to the entire theme, not just branding.

@Wes, end up making anything worth looking at? I am having the same kind of issue. Hoping I can come up with something handy to get the desired look and feel of the login page. I am sure there is something out there that can be used to get this done.

Here is my page if you want to take a look at the problem that we are having with this.

How can I tell if this is planned or not?

For a closed zendesk where people HAVE to sign on this would be epic ' contact us for a login etc ... '

@Cathy, you can tell if it's planned by a orange button in the right upper corner of this topic.
But at the moment there isn't any :( *subtle hint!*

    Kind regards
    Kristof

    @All

Allowing for customization of the sign in pages is something we've got on the roadmap and will definitely be doing. Please hang in there :)

Another +1 from me Andrew. I would appreciate a timeframe please so I can let my team know what our way forward is with this. Thanks.

    Hi Bob,

Unfortunately I can't give you a specific timeline other than this is important to us and that we will definitely be doing it.

Agreed. This needs to happen for sign-in, register, and forgot password pages. Seems like a lot of the features in Help Center were released a bit earlier than they should have been. It's not (yet) a complete solution. :/

We have tried changing the rest of our support site to match the style on the sign in page so that we don't have a consistency issue for our users. It would be really good if we could at least change the text which isn't really in the style of our site.

We would love to see our style changes apply to the sign in page as soon as possible though, this worked fine in the 'classic' version which we use for another support site.

We are using Zendesk for internal support and would like to be able to customise the login page to redirect external customers, who have stumbled to our internal portal by chance.

I agree with all. This is critical to ensure the entire experience reflects the brand.

However many websites that used ZenDesk achieve that feature.. that's something that I don't understand. People like: http://cakemail.com/login-support?locale_id=1&return_to=http%253A%252F%252Fsupport.cakemail.com&timestamp=1383744915 or pinterest within this help center

Those sites you referenced built their own login page and used Zendesk's ability to to a SSO to allow the login form to work.

I was thinking about it but I just think about the part of make my own log-in page. I don't understand what you mean with "used Zendesk's ability to to a SSO to allow the login form to work". Could you explain Mike, please?
