Ability to indicate phone type (mobile or landline)

We need ability to know if user's phone is capably of receiving text messages. We do know internally the user's phone type, but there is no place in zendesk to store this information in a structured way to be used by triggers or code. 

Would be great if phone type can be specified when adding a phone number. And in case user has multiple phone numbers, which phone number to use for text messaging.

I am also waiting for an answer to this. I set up csat but my ticket reopens when csat is unable to get delivered. It would be nice to know ahead of time if the phone number used was able to receive message or not.

+1. Even an error message to advise when an SMS can't send if the default number is a landline could be helpful.
