Average wait time message in multiple languages

We would prefer to have the Average Wait Time message to be available in more languages than English. (For our call centre: Dutch, French, German, Swedish and Norwegian.)

Thanks for the feedback.

We understand that not having an internationalized wait greeting is not ideal to supporting multiple languages. But, this improvement is not in our roadmap for this year. We will update if there is any change.

It would help us as well.  Doesn't make sense to have multiple languages for Call back but not for Average Wait Time.

I agree, it's strange how it works. Wait messages must be quickly integrated in all languages Thx :)

Agreed - Everything else can be custom recorded so why not wait times?

I'm new to Zendesk, but I see there's been comments on this topic for way too long! I simply can't understand why it's so difficult to record the average wait time message in all the other supported languages...

Bump +1. 

We are currently supporting 11 languages in Zendesk, and we would need this option be available in different languages. Or at least to let us input the recording.
