Feature Request: Chat History doesn't show the year of the chat.

    Hi Alan,

    Thank you for reaching out to Zendesk Support.

    In regards to this concern, the following information is not always present in the Chat history for recent chats or within the year chats. However, complete information can be seen from the ticket that will be created once the chat has ended. If you're viewing from the Chat History, once you selected a chat, you can click on the Support ticket number to open the ticket that was created. 


    To add, you can also select the following chats from the Chat History and select Actions, and then select Export Chat details. You will be able to download a CSV file that will display all the relevant information in that chat session.
