Two Orgs one domain

    Running in the same problem, but not found a good solution yet. So following this post to see if somebody has a nice suggestion. 

    Removing the domain indication on both organizations can help to make sure that end-users are not getting mixed up (assigned to the wrong organization) by automatic domain recognition. However after that is done the new end users will not be associated with an organization anymore, which could have an effect on other (automatic) processes and it would require a manual process of linking new contacts to the correct Organization(s).

    For that you would need to be able to identify those users that don't have an organizations linked.

    We have had this issue for a long time and have yet to find a good way to manage it. I think the Zendesk sign up form needs to be enhanced to look for duplicate domains and if a duplicate is found the new user should be offered a drop down selection of organizations. They should be allowed to select one or many since sometimes they are part of more than one organization. 

    This would help us tremendously! :)
