Default Values for RegEx and ALL custom fields
As a Zendesk Admin, there is often a need for a default value on a custom fields like a RegEx field. Since Triggers still do not function with RegEx fields, the need for this functionality is not meet-able with trigger based work around.
Please ensure that ALL Custom Fields can support a Default value.

Definitely - many customer field need a default value - this would be a great time saving feature and help ensure ZenDesk exports maintain correct layouts

Seriously? This is not possible? Default values are a very old and basic concept.

I agree too.
For example, if most of the customers are using the product A, and the customer makes an inquiry about it, the default value of the check box A should be “checked”.
Otherwise, many customers will have to click one more time with each request. This is very inconvenient for customers.
