New field type: Time

In addition to "Date" it would be great to have a "Time" field, where you can select hours, minutes and am/pm. My agency fields many requests where the time an incident happened is critical, and currently there is no way to enforce a properly formatted time with am/pm.

This was posted 5 years ago, any chance this can be put in place at some point? Seems like people have requested it consistently throughout the years.

I work in managing our customer product feedback forums and have been in communication with the product team that owns this area. They noted the following: this is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration.
