Organization "Follow" button - modification
Hello there,
We are working with multiple Partners and Customers. We have setup the HelpCenter of Zendesk to be able to submit tickets for us.
There is a "Follow" button under Requests/Organization request.
When a customer clicks on this button, will receive emails about opening/updating tickets within their organization.
Which is fine, that's the purpose of this button.
Current situation:
However, the notification email which will be sent by the system contains not only the note that e.g. "Ticket has been created..." or "XY ticket has been updated..." but also the content of the ticket is visible in this email. And this behaviour raises security concerns for our Customers.
Expected outcome:
The content of the ticket should be not visible. Only the note: "XY ticket has been updated..." and the link to the ticket.
Question is: How can we adjust this settings to block the content of a ticket in an email?
Additional note1: In our Admin center, the option called 'Enable followers' is enabled.
The follower email subject is: {{ticket.title}}
The follower email template is: 'A ticket you are following has been updated: ({{ticket.url}}).'
And it is working as expected, but this option is not the same as the above mentioned "Follow" button.
Additional note2: I am aware that this "Follow" button can be removed from the code but it is not our goal to remove it, we just would like to remove/block the content of the ticket in the email if somebody clicks on the "Follow" button
