How can we use Bold, Italic inside Codeblocks in Zendesk Support?

Hi Akhil,

You can use use the usual shortcut of cmd+B to bold and cmd+I to Italic the fonts in a code block

Hey Cheeny,

Thanks for responding, I have already tried those steps and unfortunately, it never works.

Am sharing a screenshot you can see the BOLD and Italic options are greyed out!!

Looks like Text formatting in Codeblock is NOT supported in the composer of Agent workspace. While it would work using the composer in the Standard agent interface (when Agent workspace is disabled),

From what I understand Zendesk doesn't have any plans to add this near future. Sad!!

+1 to get this feature back as it was already in the old interface and helps significantly in highlighting code parts (and as you can see it's working here).
