Promote Help Centre Articles within the Chat Widget
Hey
I know this is possible via API but our Support teams don't have access to do this. Having the option to reorder the list of Help Centre articles by key words would be ideal for us.
As an example we know our most common query to hit the teams is around Withdrawal Timescales, just typing withdrawal comes up with other article such as "How to withdraw", being able to manage these orders would allow us to provide better Self Service options.

Thank you for letting us know this concern, however it looks like there's no other way to re-arrange the article, as the contextual help widget determines which articles should be suggested by looking at URL of the web page the end user is on. It uses the part of the URL after the hostname (that is, the part after .com, .org, etc.) to perform a search on your help center to find relevant articles, and displays the first three results as Top suggestions.
