How do I sign up for the beta of the new Dashboard Builder?
PinnedThe beta of the new Dashboard Builder is available to Explore Enterprise customers only. There is no sign-up form required.
You can try out the new Dashboard Builder by clicking "Try it now" in the banner of the dashboards library.
We will not be accepting additional participants outside of the Explore Enterprise plans during the closed beta phase, however stay tuned as we will gradually open the new Dashboard Builder to Professional plans after the closed beta phase is over.

Where are we supposed to see this choice? I have been unable to find anything close to this at all, and you've closed and locked my feature request so that I cannot reply. This is what happens when I click "New Dashboard":

Hi,
Yeah, I've never seen a banner?
-
I am on Enterprise.
-
Hi CJ,
Are you not seeing the "Try it now" button on the main Dashboards page?

Hi @...,
Not sure what's going on with the comments here, I replied to this same comment several days ago with an image, there's definitely no banner: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409466107674/comments/4462720334618
Is it possible this was released for "Enterprise Suite" only, and not all Explore Enterprise level customers? -
Hi CJ,
I'm so sorry I missed that screenshot, thanks for sharing that! Okay, I've looking into your account, and you're on a Legacy Enterprise plan for support that comes with Explore Legacy, which is mostly equivalent to the current Explore Professional level (or the level of Explore functionality you'd get with Suite Professional). Therefore there are Explore features that require Enterprise that you're not able to access, such as this one, as well as Live Data dashboards. For more information, see About the Zendesk Explore plan types
Let me know if you'd like me to have your account manager reach out to talk about your subscription.

Hi @...,
Then can my feature request to lock together items on the Explore dashboard, be un-marked completed? This feature is not available to me.
