I'm interested to hear from other Zendesk users about how you notify users when a bug related to their ticket has been fixed. We're trying to come up with a process where related bugs and tickets are connected in such a way that agents can easily let users know their issue has been addressed. If you have a working system, I'd like to hear about your process, what bug reporting tool you use, and any integration with Zendesk you might be using to facilitate this process.
