Ticket Fields - Why is there a conflict when creating "Leave of Absence" and "PTO"

I can't understand why these two tags are not unique? Is the "PTO" tag being used elsewhere I might not be aware of? This is a new environment.

Hi mnemosyne, the warning message implies there are duplicate field value tags. Can you please click on "Show tags" (link located above the field list) and confirm?

It looks like you are currently updating the Ticket Fields and not the tags. If you scroll up to the top of your fields you should see the Tags that are associated with each field

That was it. 

It would be helpful if the UI expanded the tag to show the problem. The default view is to have tags hidden. 

Still, strange that it had a PTO tag instead of matching the field value. Thanks for your help.
