Zendesk Explore Waiting Time
Hello,
I have created a query in Zendesk Explore. The goal of this query is to measure the average time that agents are taking in order to create a Jira issue when there is a bug on our software. The Jira ticket created will be linked to the Zendesk ticket. I'm using the following formula.
Unfortunately, i can see that even tickets which are not linked to Jira tickets are in the formula.
For example, I have created 4 tickets Jira on a month (and so 4 Zendesk tickets should be taken in the formula). But, I have 7 Zendesk tickets in my formula.
Is there anyone who has a similar workflow and can help me please ?
