Track number of side conversation tickets

    Hi Cardenas, Romulo, I'm assuming you mean child side conversation tickets. In this case, you can create a view with the condition 'Channel is Side conversation'. Would this do the trick?

    Additionally, if you also create email side conversations, you can create a trigger that adds a tag to the ticket whenever a side conversation is created. Then you'll be able to create a view to see all tickets containing side conversations (regardless of how the side conv. is created) by filtering for that tag.
