Show Organization name in "My Activities" page
Hi,
I have a problem and i need your expertise.
Some of our customers belong to multiple organizations. The problem is that "My activites" page show all of their requests but they don't see the organization linked to each tickets.
I tried to use object like {{organization.name}} before {{subject}} but it's not working.
Anyone has an idea to show organization name of each request in my activites page ?

Hi Ruddy DEROSIERS,
I don't think there is a way to show this on the requests page, but you can show an organization requests page that allows for a user to select a dropdown of requests from the organizations they are allowed to see. The user has to have the ability to see all organization tickets and this section will become available for them where they'll have the option to choose which organization they want to see and the underlying tickets.

You can view the available options for the requests page in the Help Center templates here for what is and isn't possible. Organization doesn't appear to be an available attribute in the request object.
