Android Chat v2 SDK Integration - Push notifications - firebase server key

I'm currently trying to integrate Chat v2 SDK in my client's Android app, but i cant find a setting in chat dashboard where i can enter firebase serverKey. 
In documentation (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408821714458) there is section "API & SDKs" but i cannot see it in my chat dashboard, even if i have admin privileges.
Does somebody know where these settings are currently? It seems that documentation is outdated, or it's simply a bug.

I am also observing same issue. Can anybody help please?

Same issue. No way to setup FCM.
