Zendesk Explore
Hi Zendesk Support Team,
I am writing this to provide feedback regarding Explore. I hope this is something that support team will look into. Currently, Zendesk Explore does not provide the convenience in terms of extracting raw data. It keep on giving errors that "The query cannot be displayed because it took too long to execute". Extracting Raw Data has never been an issue with Zendesk Insights. So I am thinking Explore is a downgrade rather an upgrade.
There are so many limitations that users find frustrating.

And if you add a bunch of filters to pare that data down so it can load, like support tells you when you hit this error, then it often times out trying to generate. The answer for that, is to use less filters. It's a super fun catch-22, and for the past few months, whatever this limit is changes on a sometimes daily basis, so you're stuck with Dashboards that could load the queries, not working, and Support will just tell you to rewrite your queries again so it loads. Rinse and repeat, week after week. Extremely frustrating.

Yes, yes, yes! Commenting on every thread on here relating to Explore and how frustrating of an experience it is to use it productively. I'm not alone!
