Show if user is suspended in user list
Posted Dec 16, 2021
Hi Zendesk Community,
I am hoping that someone with some technical ability can help me with something. We do regular audits with our customers in regards to what users should be active in Zendesk so we have a ton of suspended users. I would love to be able to see if a user is suspended when looking at the user list on the org screen. I recall talking with someone at a Zendesk event a few years ago and they had customized their theme to show this. Does anyone currently show this and if so, would you be willing to help direct me to how we can customize this?
Something like what I have quickly designed in this screenshot. Exact appearance doesn't matter. Being able to see the information without having to click into the user is what matters. Thanks!!

If the user is suspended, you can see the "suspended' badge under the general list of users under Admin Center>Team Members>People or under the agent group list. As of the moment, there is not yet option to view the list of users in Admin Center via organization, so you need to use the old view under Zendesk Support that do not reflect the suspended badge. We understand your need for this functionality so I am marking your comment as Product Feedback.
We truly value customer feedback and your voice and votes in the product feedback topics in the community help influence future Zendesk functionality.

I second this request.
We are working around this by amending the text name of the user and adding *left* to it. Bit naff, but it does the job.

I third this request! Have there been any update from Zendesk on this getting on a road map?
