I've been using zendesk for a couple of years. I access it through a web page. I'm supporting users of a web site, and often copy and paste a partial screen grab into a reply. As of a few days ago, I'm no longer able to do that. The image shows as loading from my clipboard, but then disappears, and shows the 'broken image' icon.
The same process seems to work fine here, (suggesting this can be resolved)
And Firefox still works OK (so this is a browser issue, not an account issue)
