Show the actual total tickets in the user info panel, not just non-archived.

    Hi CJ, just to clarify: are you talking about the Interactions list in the Context panel, or when you click on the requester's name in the Organization/Requester/Ticket toolbar above the ticket workspace?

    “3 months,” Johnson said. He seems to be asking that archived tickets don't count towards the ticket count in the view list. This issue has been around for a long time.

    I don't care if the archived tickets don't show up in the view list if it's for performance reasons. But I think it is correct that the total number is displayed.

    Our team members want to know how many tickets they have closed themselves. However, the ticket count on the view list is a very small number, contrary to what they think. And it disappoints them. And each time I have to explain to them the ticket archiving conditions and why the ticket count is low.

    I would like the view list to include the number of archived tickets and also an explanation.
