Bulk Import of Users
I am a newbie and attempting my first bulk import of end-user data. The organization and some end-users exist. The original bulk edit was done b/4 I arrived on the scene and the person who did the initial bulk import is long retired.
Do the CSV fields have to be in the order listed in the Bulk Importing Users article (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408893496218) or just be present somewhere in the CSV?
Can the header row have initial caps or must it be in lowercase?
To allay my manager's concern: The import affects only the organizations and users in the CSV file, correct?

I too am trying to figure out how to import end-user contact information. In my case, I do not have a previous bulk import. But I have no idea how to proceed. If I have to use a CSV, then bah i will figure out how to get that info into a CSV (but seriously, why can't it get that info from my domain?!)

Jocelyn Sloan, I know organizations have to be imported first/exist, then users can be imported. There are some Zendesk approved 3rd party vendors for this. I will go them as a last resort ($$$).
