Zendesk microphone volume quiet even with mic volume turned way up

Hello,
I will often have periods of time when the person on the other end of the line has a hard time hearing me in zendesk phone. I have my microphone volume turned all the way up, but this will still happen intermittently. Other users on my team experience this as well.

Are you using a headset? If so we generally recommend an Analog headset for the best quality. Have you tried comparing with just using your browser or computer speakers and notice any difference in quality? There is some more information below that may help in regards to Talk Troubleshooting:

Any update on this? I have the same issue for incoming calls only volume levels must be at 100% to hear however, outgoing calls I must turn my volume down to 40%. I don't understand how incoming and outgoing calls can be so different unless a mistake was made during the configuration.
