403! Status Error when crawling our Zendesk website by "SERanking" SEO Software

Hello Zendesk Support,

We are facing an issue with our website that is hosted on Zendesk (support.numxl.com), when trying to crawl (or audit) it using SERanking SEO Software.

The crawl is always stopped immediately and prompts the status error 403! Here's the exact message:
"We were unable to gain access to the site. Status: 403"

We investigated the issue from SERanking's side, and they told us that we need to whitelist their IP addresses on the Cloudflare firewall settings (Zendesk account).

I ran a curl command on one of our URL, and I got 403 code.

Still seeing 403 for any link or image pointing to our on Zendesk site when running audits with SERank, changing the UserAgent to GoogleBot makes no difference. What is the solution to correct this?

Hi, I was wondering if there was any update yet? I'm also receiving the same 403 error message on my website for any links to Zendesk.
