Set Notifications for All Users.

As an Admin role, we need to be able to have more control about universal notifications. Such as when a deal reaches a certain phase, or created or closed. That currently has to be set per user. There are many basic admin functionalities that are missing across the product and this is one of them. It limits adoption, and relies on the user to set up notifications and that does not scale across the board. Think about having to tell an Executive to sign up for their own notifications.

I agree, Mandy.  Our users expect that the admins can adjust their settings (as well smart list views and dashboards).  It would be much easier if we could change their settings for them to improve consistency and increase adoption.
