Hyperlinks in an Organization description field?
Is there a way to add a hyperlink to an Organization field in Support?
I am trying to put a link to a document (hosted in Zendesk Guide) that described escalation procedures for each of our clients.
I can add the "raw" URL (and it works) but I'd like something tidier and better yet, a link to articles in Zendesk Guide.

You can try using a Multi-line Organizational field instead of the regular text field and that should allow you to use hyperlinks. In terms of using HTML links, there isn't an option for it at the moment.

Neil this functionality stopped working after the last update. Is there any news on it being fixed or an actual link custom field?
