In Ticket View, hide left-hand sidebar
I will admit it, I'm getting older, and my eyesight is getting worse! Also, I just got a laptop with a smaller screen. Point is: I've been increasing my Zoom level to read things better.
In the Ticket view, this increases the sidebars too (right & left), which reduces the amount of ticket text I can actually see. I can hide the right one, but I don't believe I can hide the left one. Note: I CAN hide it in the Ticket List view, but not the individual Ticket view.
Please tell me I'm wrong and there's a way to hide it. :)

LOL! I believe you are correct and know the feeling.

Thanks for making this. I'd very much like this, too. Since the Ticket List view is collapsible it makes this request very appealing.
My primary use case is putting two windows next to each other in a monitor. The left-hand sidebar takes up real estate that I do not need to look at the entire time I'm in the ticket. (Sometimes those two windows are both individual tickets. Sometimes it's the same individual ticket because the correspondence is long.) I'll try to hide parts of the right window behind the left window. This only works in spurts because I would interact with one of the windows. And I'll let the left window hang over the edge so I get more real estate.

Yay! They released this feature!

I am working a lot with the keyboard. My 13'' display has little space to display the ticket, while other panes take up the space. Is it possible from the keyboard by a shortcut to hide/unhide left and right panes, i.e. by keys '[' for the left and ']' for the right panes?

Hi Dmitry,
To quickly hide or show the panel, click the Hide panel (<) icon or Show panel (>) icon that appears when you hover your mouse pointer over the panel border.
Currently, there are no available keyboard shortcuts to hide/show the panel.
Though I agree with you that it's a great feature to have. Our product managers actively monitor feedback threads, and posts with high user engagements are ultimately flagged for roadmap planning.
Thanks,
Christine
