    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for your suggestion!

    However, this command does not track what users do with chat replies, including clicks to URLs there.

    Can you please upload a screenshot of exactly what you'd like to track?  We support help article clicks so was curious if you're simply referring to links that the agent sends.
