Support zip and tar file types for attachments in chat / messaging

Please allow zip and tar files to be uploaded via the chat / messaging
Description/Use Cases:
We are working with B2E customers and to support them we need to be able to receive zip and tar files.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
What's the point of using chat/messaging when you can't complete the request.

Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately, there are no plans to support additional file types on Chat. It doesn't seem like Messaging would support the targeted file types.
One workaround would be to use Support to send these file types - there are no limitations there.
We're committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap - we'll keep a lookout for similar requests in community posts.

It'd also be super important for our company to be able to send .zip files on messaging.
