Can no Longer Paste Images in Support Tickets

    It's really quite frustrating. I have to keep clearing cookies for the URL and then even it's next to impossible when I want to paste two images in the same ticket. It only allowing us to paste one photo that even gets stuck and we have to clear the cookies. 

    Please do something. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Walter,
     
    Please make sure that Rich content is selected as the format n the comments settings under Admin Center > Objects and rules > Settings. 
     

     
    By selecting the following, you can drag and drop or copy + paste images in the message editor on the ticket like the screenshot that I've sent above.

    I tried making the above changes and my agents are still not able to paste images into support tickets.  Instead, we keep getting the below error message

     

    Image cannot be pasted due to authentication requirements

    I have tested it on my end and it's still working for images. 

    Please clear cache and cookies and follow the recommendation of DJ above. If the same issue persisted, please contact our support directly so that we can investigate further.

    i need help with the text message in the communication center. messages continue to show "not sent". how can i fix this issue?
