I want to limit the source IP address for only certain brands of Help Center

We have several brands for our customers, and we want to manage our internal IT tickets as one of our brands.

I want this brand help center for internal IT to be accessible only from the internal IP address range. I want to be able to limit the source IP address of the help center by brand.

Thanks for the feedback, and welcome to the community! I know that Zendesk (and the help center) can be restricted by IP address, but I'm guess you've discovered that this can't be done at the brand level, only for the entire account: Restricting access to Zendesk Support and your Help Center using IP restrictions
 
A workaround might be to use User Segments to restrict access to help center content in your IT help center: Setting view permissions on articles with user segments

ブランド別のIP制限管理ほしいです!

ユーザセグメントの設定で管理が可能としても社外秘情報の取り扱い、顧客情報の取り扱いなどセキュリティに関する関心が高いこと。

グループ企業(海外)までの人間系に頼るアカウント管理は、完全ではない前提ですので、IP制限はわかりやすく、シンプルで、安全性も高いと考えています。
